Smartsheet is a collaborative work management software based out of Bellevue, WA. Smartsheet currently employs 2,100 people across offices in Bellevue, Boston, London, Edinburgh, and Sydney. Smartsheet is used by over 75% of the Fortune 500 and maintains rich data integrations with mission-critical applications from Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Atlassian, and many others.
The current quarterly access review process at Smartsheet comes with a myriad of challenges. To start, Smartsheet’s access reviews are time-consuming and draws upon a lot of resources. There is also a large company wide communication effort that goes into place to track changes in employee structure.
Our Identity and Access Management Dashboard presents the Smartsheet Compliance team with:
With our Dashboard, Smartsheet’s Compliance team will be able to save time and resources with the addition of having key actionable insights to employee changes.
Note: Quarterly access reviews are done by a company’s compliance team to ensure that employees have the correct access permissions to applications.

Displays employees that have had some part of their job related information change, filtered for the last 90 days. Updated daily. Yellow highlighting for changed data attributes. Red highlighting for termed employees (highest risk).
